Know Before You Go!

There is a lot to do and see when visiting Cedar Pass Lodge, plan your trip out ahead of time and avoid the stress! Below is important travel information and policies:

Lodging Info. & Policies

Check-In: 4:00 pm
Check-Out: 11:00 am

Deposit Policy: First night stay plus tax are due at the time of booking.

Payment Policy: The first night stay is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due at time of arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or modifications made more than 48 hours prior to arrival by 4:00pm MST will be assessed a $10 fee. Cancellations or modifications made within 48 hours of your arrival will result in a loss of your deposit.

Reservation Changes: Dates of stay for a reservation may be changed based on current availability. Your reservation is subject to a new rate for new dates of stay. Any changes made to your reservation may result in a rate change and payment due upon arrival.

Extra Person Policy: All room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional person charge of $10 applies for extra persons aged 15 years and older.

Pet Policy: NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE CABINS. A non-refundable fee of $250.00 will be assessed if there is evidence that a pet stayed in the room.

Smoking Policy: All buildings on property, including guest accommodations, are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside at least 25 feet away from any door or window.

Group Policy: Please note the lodge is limited with space and options, so we do not accommodate group parties. If you book multiple room reservations, we will likely not be able to have all your rooms close together due to limited room types. There is also no group event space and group dining is not available. Please anticipate having multiple dining seatings for multiple room reservations.
