Our restaurant provides a variety of locally and regionally sourced dishes to our guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We make our own fry bread each day for our Sioux Indian Tacos - large fluffy fry bread topped with refried beans, buffalo meat (or vegetarian option of spicy black bean burger) topped with shredded lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese and a sprinkling of black olives. Served with a side of salsa and sour cream the Sioux Taco is a large treat in the Badlands.
Whether you grab a mid-day snack or make time for an enjoyable meal, take a break to see the far-spreading views of the Badlands spires from a table at the Cedar Pass Restaurant.
Cedar Pass Lodge has implemented a green procurement program to increase the use of renewable, reusable, recyclable and recycled content materials and reduce the use of any hazardous products. Our green procurement program is used throughout the Lodge from our food and beverage operations, retail sales, to facility maintenance and company transportation.
We are fully open for in-house seating. The breakfast menu is served from 8am – 10am and the lunch and dinner menu is served from 11am – 6:00pm.
